Leverage Mechanism: The Key to Effortless Operation When the pallet supports the vehicle, the internal rods and crossbeams within the columns form a lever system. Greater torque is generated near the columns, while lesser torque occurs farther away. This torque differential amplifies force, enabling the effortless lifting of vehicles weighing several tons—a principle similar to using a crowbar to pry heavy objects.
Synchronization Mechanism: A Critical Safety Assurance Both columns must rise and fall in perfect sync to prevent tilting. This is achieved through hidden sleeve roller chains or wire rope linkage systems. Even during sudden power loss, mechanical safety lock pins instantly secure the slide, providing a double layer of protection for maintenance personnel.
Lifting Process: Integrated System Coordination Upon activation, the drive system initiates force, propelling the carriage upward along the column rails. The lever mechanism then activates to conserve effort, while the synchronization mechanism maintains consistent movement on both sides. During descent, the system gradually releases power to ensure the vehicle lands smoothly.
Daily Maintenance: Essential Operations for Extended Lifespan To prolong the lift's service life, regular maintenance is indispensable. Routinely check the hydraulic oil level and wire rope wear, and lubricate the guide rails and chains. Attention to these details effectively prevents malfunctions and ensures safe operation.
